Manufacturer of all types of plastic tubes with shapes from round to oval, diameters from 16mm- 60mm, decorations up to offset printing, silkscreen printing, foil hot-stamping, labeling and hot stamping, colors from transparent and white to colored.
The materials for the tubes are PE, and the cap is made of PP. The round tube diameters are available in Φ13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 50, 55 and 60mm while the oval tube diameters are available inΦ25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 45 and 50mm. We also provide different shaped caps with or without sealed ends according to customer´ S requirement.
Material: HDPE, MDPE, LDPE
Structure: Double-layer and 5-layer tube available.
Size: Diameter from 13mm to 60mm
Filling volume: From 3ml to 500ml
Printing: Up to 6 colors in offset printing, and Up to 4 colors in silk-screen printing, can hot stamping and labeling.
Kinds: Elliptical tube and round tube available
For the tube thickness,
If the tube diameter is ≥45 mm, it will be around 0.51±0.01mm;
If the tube diameter is ≥30 mm, it will be almost 0.46± 0.01mm;
If the tube diameter is ≥13mm, it will be almost 0.38±0.01mm.
